Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the unique nature of custom-made and personalized gifts, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on these items. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:

Non-Personalized Items
For all standard, non-personalized clothing and boutique items:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

Shipping & Delivery
