All orders are made to order so depending on what the products are, there are certain production times to be aware of: PLEASE SEE BELOW
All Mugs will ship 2-5 days after order is placed to allow the mug time to cure.
We do recommend hand washing our Mugs and allowing them to air dry.
They are microwave and dishwasher safe but we do recommend handwashing.
All of our Women’s T-shirts will be in production for 1-3 days before being shipped out . Most of our T-shirts are made with HTV, or sublimation. we recommend washing the T-shirt inside out and either drying on low or allowing it to hang dry. Women’s T-shirts are by Bella or Gildan.
Our Unisex Hoodies have a longer production time as well as our Unisex T-shirts so Hoodies will be in production for 1-4 days before being shipped. We also recommend washing inside out and air drying or using dryer on low temps. All Unisex T-shirts and Hoodies are by Gildan
All of baby onesies are by Gerber, we recommend handwashing this item and also letting it air dry.
Our Wooden Drink Coasters can be clean and sanitized with a hand towel or rinsed under water. We do not recommend dishwashing these items. Ships out within 2 days of order
The Kitchen Hot Pads usually ships out within 2 days and can be washed according to tag
These products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Returns
If you placed an order and need to cancel please email shopwithus@clubklkraftz.com. please write CANCEL in subject line and and include order # in body of email. If order has already shipped, please reach out to discuss how to ship back free of charge.
Please note all orders are made by hand and once production has begun, I do not accept cancellations or returns unless you have contacted me through email concerning the reason.
All packages will come with a tracking number that will be emailed or text, the one you provided at checkout
A few products where you can request a name or number attached, I am not responsible for any misspelled names on your end. If I see the mistake, I will try to reach out to verify the correct spelling, but this is not a guarantee so please make sure all information provided is correct.
Once packages are shipped and marked Delivered!!! I am in no way responsible once USPS has the package and has marked as Delivered. I will provide the tracking number and will keep track until delivery date. For Packages lost through transit or please reach out through email at shopwithus@clubklkraftz.com
