All customized orders are made to order so depending on product purchased, there are certain production times to be aware of: PLEASE SEE BELOW
All Mugs will ship 5-7 days after order is placed to allow the mug time to cure.
We do recommend hand washing our Mugs and allowing them to air dry.
They are microwave and dishwasher safe but we do recommend handwashing.
All of our customized T-shirts will be in production for 5-7 days before being shipped out . Most of our T-shirts are made with HTV, and or Sublimation. we recommend washing the T-shirt inside out and either drying on low or allowing it to hang dry. Women’s T-shirts are by Bella or Gildan. Men’s T-shirts are Gildan.
Our Unisex Hoodies production time is 7-10 days. We also recommend washing inside out and air drying or using dryer on low temps. All Unisex Hoodies are by Gildan
All of baby onesies are by Gerber, we recommend handwashing this item and also letting it air dry. We also recommend washing before allowing to wear. (seasonal)
Our Wooden Drink Coasters when available on website can be clean and sanitized with a hand towel or rinsed under water. We do not recommend dishwashing these items. Ships out within 5 days or sooner.
The Kitchen Hot Pads when available on website (Seasonal) usually ships out within 3 days and can be washed according to tag.
These products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

If you placed an order and need to cancel, please email klkraftzsupport@klkraftz.com (USUALLY WITHIN 24 HOURS) please write CANCEL in subject line and and include order # in body of email. If order has already shipped AND TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED -NO REFUND WILL BE AVAILABLE.
If a customized order was delivered damaged and you are requesting a refund, and not a reship, Please send email to klkraftzsupport@klkraftz.com and please add “Damaged” in subject line. Please include photos of item damaged and order number. Will answer all emails within 24 hours. A refund will not be processed if no pictures are attached.
**Please note all orders are made by hand and once production has started, usually within 48 hours of placing order. I do not accept cancellations unless you have contacted me through email concerning the reason for cancellation. (see above note as to why I am strict on this policy**)
All orders will come with a tracking number that will be emailed or text, after order has been shipped.
The products where you can request customized options, I am not responsible for any misspelled words on your end. If I see the mistake, I will try to reach out to verify the correct spelling, but this is not a guarantee so please make sure all information provided is correct!! I normally will send you a mock up to approve before production takes place.
Once packages are shipped and marked Delivered!!! I am in NO WAY responsible once USPS has the package and has marked as Delivered to the address on purchase order. I will provide the tracking number and will keep track until delivery date. For Packages lost through transit please reach out through email at klkraftzsupport@klkraftz.com

All of our Coffee Mugs are able to be Dishwashed and Microwaved but recommend Handwashing!
